Join THE HATCHERY - Two Birds' online writing accountability community
We’ve set up a great way for writers to build sustainable habits and enjoy connection as they pursue their careers.
The Hatchery is an encouraging online co-working group designed to foster deep work, writing flow, goal achievements, and shared growth in our writing skills.
Write with us online!
What you get:
- Twice-weekly online writing sessions for three months, April – June.
- A safe space to discuss ideas and share encouragement as you pursue your writing goals
- A small, exclusive group (currently capped at 15) so you can get comfortable and be yourself
- Opportunity to check in and share goals at the start of each session
- Two timed, silent focus sessions for writing or other to-dos that relate to your writing
- We’ll keep the chat open during focus sessions so you can ask us questions and support each other
How the sessions work:
- You will receive calendar appointments and a Zoom link. Simply hop on Zoom and join the group
- Each meetup will consist of an editor-led “quick tip” relating to writing and editing, followed by two 30-minute focus sessions for writing or other to-dos that relate to your writing
- Optional “chair yoga” stretches in some sessions
- All Tuesday and Thursday meetings will be listed in Central Time
- Can’t make a session or two? No problem – join when you can!
Availability is limited – preference will be given to current and past clients.

The Hatchery helped me power through with my writing even in the face of difficult career challenges. I've had to deal with a difficult situation and, if not for the Hatchery, I wouldn't have been able to accomplish what I have so far. I love the consistent time set aside for writing and being a part of a community that understands me and my goals.
